Woda Management and Real Estate a management, development and construction company based in the Midwest is seeking a Property Manager to manage our Arlington Greene/Terrace locations, a properties in London, KY.
This position is full time and starting at a pay rate of $10 per hour.
Our organization specializes in affordable housing programs with particular concentration in the LIHTC program and Rural Development 515.
The ideal candidate would possess the following;
Experience working in affordable housing programs to include LIHTC and Rural Development 515.
Ability to coordinate with construction on relocation and rehabilitation of existing properties while maintaining resident satisfaction.
Proven track record for maintaining high occupancy and collection rates as well as working within budgetary restrictions.
Proven ability to maintain compliance with affordable housing programs.
Experience marketing apartments and maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction
